It has excellent motoring links being close to the M4, A4 and A329.

A passion for community nursing, that matches our passion to provide excellent healthcare for patients within their own homes,
Either a qualified adult nurse or currently in your last year of training (with NMC registration)
Hold a full UK Driving Licence and have use of a car for work purposes

Well-developed written and verbal communication skills

Able to demonstrate use of own initiative and ability to work alone

Time management skills
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of LTC’s and the concept of self-management
