Unlike other nursing roles, our community nursing service offers a work life balance, with our shift pattern meaning you only work 1 weekend per month! We are looking to recruit across East Berkshire, so please select your base preference when applying.
We are a friendly and supportive team, looking for highly motivated RNs who demonstrate a passion for delivering care to the community. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the local community receive the highest quality of care in their own homes.
As a Community Nurse, no day is the same and you will be met with patients of varied needs, from wound care to end of life care.
This fantastic role is based in East Berkshire where the Fringe rate 5% is added to your salary. You will also have the opportunity to work for a trust that is rated 'Outstanding' by the CQC and a 'Top 100' rated employer by Stonewall Charity.

Main duties of the job
- You will visit a number of patients on a daily basis in their own homes
- You will provide high quality nursing care to a range of patients with varying healthcare needs
- Some of the healthcare you will be expected to provide include; end of life care, wound management, and much more
- Full time (37.5 hours per week) and part time opportunities available
- Our Community Nursing bases are in Bracknell ( Church Hill House, RG12 7FR), Windsor, Ascot and Maidenhead (King Edward VII Hospital, SL4 2DP) and Slough ( Upton Hospital, SL1 2BJ )

- Either a qualified adult nurse or currently in your last year of training (with NMC registration)
