This is an exciting opportunity for Band 5 Paediatric Staff Nurses to join our busy and dynamic Children's Department at Royal United Hospitals Bath. The Children’s Ward is an expanding and developing service caring for children with a wide range of medical and surgical conditions from 0-18 years. We are looking for enthusiastic and innovative Paediatric Nurses to join our friendly team. These roles would suit experienced, newly qualified or due to qualify nurses.

We provide care to a large patient demographic and services are growing to accommodate the ever changing needs of children and their families.

The Children’s Unit compromises of Day Surgery Admissions, Paediatric Assessment and Triage, General Medical Care and also High Dependency Care. You will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills and leadership styles through both our internal and external training opportunities.

This is a varied role and the post holder will be able to demonstrate collaborative working alongside a dedicated team of practitioners who deliver high quality care to children and families both in the community through our team of Clinical Nurse Specialists and Trust Wide with the teams in our Emergency department and NICU.

Essential Criteria - You need to be Paediatric trained/training and NMC registered.
