An exciting opportunity for a dynamic, strategic and enthusiastic individual to join our Community Nursing Team in West Berkshire has arisen. You will be joining a service that has just been recognised as having an ‘Outstanding’ rating,
In your role you will lead and support staff in order to promote a service which provides complex nursing care to patients in their own homes. You will be responsible for all aspects of the leadership, development and management of designated teams.
As a Community Nurse lead you will utilise all your nursing skills and clinical experience with a wide range of patients and situations alongside providing clinical supervision for the Community Nurses.
You will be based at West Berkshire Community Hospital Thatcham, but will be expected to visit other sites as part of your role.
The benefit of having core working days of Monday – Friday but with opportunities for flexible working will enable you to ensure that a high-quality service is delivered at all times.
