This vacancy is a Casual RMN opportunity primarily working at Fir Trees. Fir Trees Treatment and Recovery Centre in Wigan is a specialist 14 bedded Mental Health Rehabilitation Centre set within its own grounds down a quiet road with access to local shops and free parking. Fir Trees specialises in the rehabilitation of people with enduring mental health conditions such as schizophrenia and personality disorders to develop the skills to reintegrate successfully back into their communities with the support of a strong MDT.

Fir Trees is looking for a Mental Health Nurse with the same high standards and forward-thinking skills to join their team and develop their clinical skills by using evidence based practice as a standard delivery model.

Nurses at Fir Trees must be prepared to demonstrate their ability to continually develop both personally & professionally and be motivated to work towards further improving the standards of clinical care within the service. Candidates should be passionate about delivering person centred care, want to work collaboratively with the people they support and use every opportunity to inspire hope within their relationships. AFG also offer career progression within the organisation which is strongly encourage to all nurses at Fir Trees.

Casual RMNs need to be flexible to cover shifts which are usually 12.5 hours involving day and night shifts. Please note our Casual staff are contracted by area therefore flexibility is essential to work in other services where required.
